Artwork created by beloved artist Lon Megargee (the innovator behind the Hermosa Inn) hangs throughout the retreat as an homage to the original owner. Megargee officially opened the inn up to guests in the 1930s. The famed LON's restaurant, the inn's AAA four-diamond restaurant, is one of the hotel's most coveted spaces for executive meetings and social gatherings and boasts a menu of Southwestern-inspired cuisine.
A one-of-a-kind subterranean wine cellar offers a unique dining experience where guests can pair their meal with one of the more than 500 wines in the cellar. Guests are invited to stay at any of the 43 hacienda-style casitas surrounded by the charming landscaping of local flora and fauna.
