Greetings From the Crescent Hotels & Resorts 2023 Commercial Conference

This week, the ROH team descended upon PGA National Resort in Palm Beach, Florida, to attend the Crescent Hotels & Resorts 2023 Commerical Leadership Conference to spread the word on the future of hospitality. 

Our team covered lots of ground with account managers Jessica Ippolito and Rachel Hooks broadcasting our latest game-changing AI-powered features and handing out memorable ROHbot merch. The ROH team shared how our platform drives transformative growth for the top property groups and hospitality brands (including many Crescent properties), enabling them to drive increased conversions, revenue, and collaboration. 

Our Director of Sales, Kathryn Anderson, led a breakout session on the ease of using ROH to boost conversion rates, increase average check amounts, and exceed overall goals. A partner photo op with Crescent Hotels & Resorts Senior Vice President of Sales Kelli Chojnacki-Johns and Vice President of Sales Ignacio Hernandez made for the perfect ending to an amazing few days of leadership sessions and team building.
